I have a London Stock Exchange market data subscription with IBKR. However, I cannot find the relevant symbols traded on LSE (for example, the EZJ stock). How can I solve this?

You will not find those symbols in the "Find Symbol" window within Sierra Chart. You need to know what the symbol is for Interactive Brokers and enter that symbol in the "Selected Symbol" field on the Find Symbol window then you can open the appropriate type of chart you want.
