Hello. My account has NASDAQ TotalView and US Equities enabled and paid, and the account panel shows everything active. But Sierra Chart always shows "Delayed Data Feed: YES" and I do NOT receive real-time data for any US equities symbol. I have tried: - Update Account Information - Reinstalling Sierra Chart - Re-activating the data feed from the User Control Panel - Changing service package - Deleting local data files Nothing works. Please reset and resynchronize my Denali feed and the real-time exchange authorizations on the server side. Username: Benallen95 Thank you. |

Everyone has the "Delayed Streaming Data" service from us enabled. So you will get delayed streaming data for the data we have this for, for which you do not have an active exchange. So you should be getting real-time data for the U.S. Equities and NASDAQ TotalView data. Why are you stating that this data is delayed? What exactly are you seeing for this? Do you have the "Data Delay" set to display in your Chart Header, and if so what does it show (it shows as DD: in the header)? This statement - "saw that if theres delayed feed it corupts the study" is absolutely not true. The Delayed Streaming Data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed does not cause any isues with the Numbers Bars study. What you may be referring to is historical data from other vendors, such as Interactive Brokers, where the Bid and Ask information is not present in that historical data. This is also not a problem if you get your data from us. As to the issue with the Numbers Bars, that it just a scaling problem.
