NG Futures data missing for 11-18 session

In my main chartbook for NG futures which uses continuous futures contract - volume based rollover setting, it is missing most of the data from the latter part of 11-18, which you can see in the screenshot: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1763634855822.png The session starting from when futures open on 11-17 only goes until 08:45 Chicago time on 11-18, then cuts off and immediately jumps to the 11-19 futures open. this is the same for all the NG charts in my chartbook.
