NG Futures data missing for 11-18 session

In my main chartbook for NG futures which uses continuous futures contract - volume based rollover setting, it is missing most of the data from the latter part of 11-18, which you can see in the screenshot: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1763634855822.png The session starting from when futures open on 11-17 only goes until 08:45 Chicago time on 11-18, then cuts off and immediately jumps to the 11-19 futures open. this is the same for all the NG charts in my chartbook. Since there is a rollover occurring at this time, this could be related to the Continuous Futures Contract, but you should not have it stopping at 08:45 and then starting again at 18:00. The data should be full loaded for each day and the rollover occurring at the beginning of the trading day. Therefore, follow these instructions to redownload the data. Be sure to select the two most recent contracts (F and Z) and redownload those contracts.
