I connect through Rithmic to Rithmic Paper Trading Chicago Non-Aggregated. Each morning around the RTH open I will have several minutes of delayed/latent price feeds. I know that SC does not technically provide support for Rithmic but I was wondering if there might be a way to reduce or eliminate this issue

Rocky, My broker actually recommended me using Chicago Aggregated, because almost no home computers can handle Rithmic Non-Aggregated Data, especially when there are massive trades, i.e. RTH open. I am using Rithmic and having Denali. I could be wrong, you might want confirm with your broker, which OS you are using BTW? Couple more things we need to consider: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit, I am using 1 Second, 1 tick could slow you down. Also, Global Settings->Sierra Server Setting, Data compression: High Compression Remote Buffer Delay: 250ms, which matches my Chart Update Interval. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-11 15:39:33

because almost no home computers can handle Rithmic Non-Aggregated Data, This does not make any sense. This is what the Denali Exchange Data Feed provides. It is all non-aggregated data.We are not aware of anyone who has a problem, with the full tick by tick data feed. Certainly, during extremely busy times there can be brief delays, in the hundreds of milliseconds. But there would be no processing problems on the client side. But we do recommend disabling all antivirus software including Microsoft security software, or at least exclude Sierra Chart from having its files scanned and monitored in real time. that computers cannot handle the "non aggregated" is a nonsense, the best solution to trade Rithmic accounts is to use Denali data and use Rithmic just for order-routing

@RockyTheRescue, yes, I am using Rithmic and Denali, but I am actually considering switching to Teton, already activated Teton with a different broker but haven't fund it yet. I noticed you are doing paper trading, Rithmic might charge 50USD/month for an inactive account, you might want check with your broker. Ignore my message about non-aggregated data, :D Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-11 18:45:42
