Hi Support, My computer crashed 8 days ago so i have not been able to login to use the Sierra Chart system. I cannot login at present to unistall Sierra Chart. I have a new computer coming with more memory. I think i'm only allowed to use one system. Are you able to delete my current system and then i will download everything again when my new computer arrives. Regards W. |

What you are stating is not how it works. Depending on the package you are on, you are limited to 1, 2 or 3 computers that can be running Sierra Chart at the same time. Right now, you are on the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package, which means that you are allowed to have Sierra Chart running simulataneously on 3 computers at the same time. But, there is no restrictions on any particular computer. Just a total of 3 computers, any computers, at the same time. Even if you were limited to 1 computer (the "Base" packages) your old computer is dead, so Sierra Chart is not running on it. So you will not have any issue running Sierra Chart on the new computer. -- Just for completeness, the exchanges work differently from the above.
