Hi SC, I have linked my broker and changed my data service in SC from SC data to Teton CME routing. Once I changed to Teton CME routing the MGCZ25 chart only displays one daily bar. The intraday chart for MGCZ25 seems to be unchanged from SC data service to Teton CME routing. Could you let me know what I can do to get the historical MGCZ25 chart to correctly display data for Teton CME routing service? Thank you! |

If the symbol is actually "MGCZ25" then that is the wrong symbol for the Teton CME Routing. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to get the correct symbols, then you should be fine after this. It is possible that after the above change that you will need to redownload the data - select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to get the data back. Even if you do not need to change the symbol, select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to try to get all the data to show. If the above is not the issue (i.e. you have the correct symbol and deleting and redownloading the data did not solve it), then what are the following set to - Load Data Limiting Method - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days to Load for Historical Chart Data Type - Date Range From - Date Range To For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks John. I didn't change anything and when I load SC now the historical data is correctly loading. I wonder if the daily settlement download fixed this somehow. FWIW, I selected "yes" to the prompt to translate symbols when switching from SC data to Teton and I tried deleting all data and redownloading previously. Neither solved the problem. I also previously went to the chart data limiting setting and tried to change the date range from today 2025-11-06 to at least 2025-07-06, and when I clicked apply SC did not accept the input and reverted to 2025-11-06. It now shows 2023-12-08. TLDR, looks like we're all good now. |
