If the symbol is actually "MGCZ25" then that is the wrong symbol for the Teton CME Routing. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to get the correct symbols, then you should be fine after this. It is possible that after the above change that you will need to redownload the data - select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to get the data back. Even if you do not need to change the symbol, select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to try to get all the data to show.
