Trading Chart DOM Weird Issue

Greetings, I am on SIM mode, and when i have my trade DOM on and left click under the current price on the buy side to set my limit orders which ive set (12 tick stop, 24 tick limit target), no orders show up, instead its immediately showing up as a massive amount of profit (currently showing at 54000 points of profit. when i do the same thing on the sell side, my limit order shows up and waits. Any ideas whats going on? update, switching from TETON to SC Data seems to resolve it, but going back which i need for live trading it comes back. again only on the buy side.

Check the settings for "Global Settings >> Message Categories". Make sure everything is set to "Yes" in there. If any are set to "No", then change them to "Yes" and then try again and get us the Trade Service Log again. Let us know if that is not the issue. all are set to yes. still have the same issue. FWIW i just changed to a different chart using the same group of charts, and it appears to be working properly...so its somethign wrong with this chart specifically when using TETON...if i switch to SC data it works perfectly, but using TETON is fails. but the footprint version of my chart group can work to send the orders through just fnie. not sure why.

We were able to reproduce this, but we do not know why it is occurring. We removed the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" to try this without that symbol, and it worked fine for ES alone. Then when we put the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" back, it was working fine. Therefore, please try what we did - remove the Trade and Current Quote symbol, select Apply All, then put the Trade and Current Quote Symbol back again and select OK to close the window. yep that seems to be working!! any ideas, now that you have the chart, how to get the prices on the chart dom to actually show? theyre all black for some reason.

You need to change the setting for "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart >> Chart DOM Value Scale Text" to a color other than Black. one final question, and this isnt related to this but i cant seem to find anything on this...is there a way to change the coloring style of the zig zag tool for the text labels? currently it prints HH and LH as green, and HL and LL as red. id like it to pring HH and HL as Green and LH and LL as Red. i didnt see a way to do this... |

The only control for this is the Primary and Secondary colors in the Subgraph for the Text Labels. But this just changes the specific color, it doesn't control which specific items are colored. The only way to change this would be to modify the source code itself.
