Hello Is there any pbms on your side regarding my account ? I can't take an order An error message appears (CQG WEBAPI : USER MESSAGE LOG:NO RESPONSE TO SERVER PING REQUEST send x minutes ago..) Is that something I have to clear with my broker ? It's the first time since I have my live account that I try to take real orders thank you |

That message means that you are not able to connect to CQG for some reason. We recommend checking with your broker/CQG to see if there is a problem on their end. If not, then this would be an Internet connectivity issue of some kind between your system and CQG. We can not say what it would be, just that there is something causing you an issue.
