Hello
Is there any pbms on your side regarding my account ? I can't take an order
An error message appears (CQG WEBAPI : USER MESSAGE LOG:NO RESPONSE TO SERVER PING REQUEST send x minutes ago..)
Is that something I have to clear with my broker ?
It's the first time since I have my live account that I try to take real orders
