G7FX screens wont load.

Hello, I am a member of G7FX community and as of Monday none of my screens will load on your platform. Not the most recent L1 or even the older VWAP charts. I see that my computer time is off by 7 seconds don't know if that makes a difference. I'm dead in the water here unable to SIM or Trade. My screen will not even give me the option to do a rollover, or any other function related to trading. Thanks in advance for your help. JWD.

With the chartbook open, select the "CW" menu and see if it lists any charts in there. If not, then the charts were removed from that chartbook. If the charts are not there, then we can not say why this would have occurred. We recommend checking the available drive space on your computer to make sure you are not out of space and hence there was a problem saving the chartbook at some point. You can recover a backup chartbook by following these instructions: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File Or you can contact G7FX and see if you can get an updated chartbook from them.
