With the chartbook open, select the "CW" menu and see if it lists any charts in there. If not, then the charts were removed from that chartbook.

If the charts are not there, then we can not say why this would have occurred. We recommend checking the available drive space on your computer to make sure you are not out of space and hence there was a problem saving the chartbook at some point.

You can recover a backup chartbook by following these instructions:
