Hello, I am noticing a significant difference in data delay between Sierra Chart v2800 with Teton data (AMP Futures account) and the TradingView platform with Tradovate data from a funded account. The latter appears to be ahead of the "real" data from Sierra Chart, when in theory it should have real-time data and be very similar. I am attaching a screenshot of the charts comparing TradingView and SierraChart, marking a bar as a reference. |

It seems to be resolved. For some reason, Denali Data was disabled and did not reactivate when funds were deposited into the Sierra Chart account. It also did not appear on my control panel on the Sierra Chart website. |

Just so you are aware, the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the fees are due on the first day of each month. On November 1, 2025, at 01:11:34 UTC, you did not have enough funds in your account for the renewal, therefore the exchange that you had active was deactivated. You then added funds on November 3, 2025, but by this time the exchange was already deactivated, which is why you needed to specifically activate the exchange that you wanted. Also, you were informed of the data being deactivated by an email regarding the following Account Support Ticket: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets&Ticket=1761959494196783627#ViewTicket For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
