Just so you are aware, the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the fees are due on the first day of each month. On November 1, 2025, at 01:11:34 UTC, you did not have enough funds in your account for the renewal, therefore the exchange that you had active was deactivated.

You then added funds on November 3, 2025, but by this time the exchange was already deactivated, which is why you needed to specifically activate the exchange that you wanted.

Also, you were informed of the data being deactivated by an email regarding the following Account Support Ticket:
