Hi I would like to be able to have custom Time frames such as 7min, 6min. the Custom button does not give the opportunity to do so.

There are 50 Control Bar buttons that can be configured to any Bar Period you want. They are under "Chart Bar Period" and show as "Custom Bar Period #". Select one, and add it to a Control Bar, then select the "Set Period..." button at the bottom of the Control Bar configuration window and set the bar period you want.
