CBOT Delayed data question

Hi, when connected to rithmic with the prop firm Take Proffit Trader, i seem to be recieving delayed data for ZN. they are informing me they have enabled market data for CBOT and all should be working correctly. Please can you share any suggestions you may have to recieve the real time data? Much appreciated, Luke |

Why do you state that the data is delayed? What exactly are you seeing?

When viewing a candlestick charts price is loading about 20 minutes in the past

We want to point out that you are not setup to get any real-time data for CBOT from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. So when you are connected to Rithmic, this data would be coming from them. But, if you are not connected to Rithmic (such as having your "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data") then you would be getting the Delayed Streaming Data from us for CBOT, which will be 10 minutes and 10 seconds behind. We can not help with the data from Rithmic. If you are not getting the data properly from them, then we do not know why. But, our general recommendation would be to get the CBOT data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are already setup with the following exchanges: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - EUREX EOBI You can add a CBOT exchange, or change your exchange options.
