Hello, I am having an issue with my charts in chartbook not saving settings. I have renamed tabs and removed title bars on all charts but when I reopen the app everything is the way it was. I have disabled the read only option. |

The first thing to check is that you have available drive space where you have your Sierra Chart installed. Then the next thing is to make sure you are using the correct Sierra Chart. Although it sounds odd, we have had people that have multiple installations and are not aware of it and are starting with one and switching to another without really knowing it. Be sure you are using a consistent installation of Sierra Chart when you make your changes. I have only one instance of Sierra Chart running and I am using the latest version. I have an abundance of disk space on my computer.

Please do the following for us: - Select "Windows >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Log". - Close the Message Log window. - Make a change to your chartbook, just one simple thing, like renaming a tab. - Get us an image of your Sierra Chart by selecting "Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Main Window to File". The location of the file is in the Message Log. - Select "File >> Save All". - Get us the information from the Message Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) - Exit from Sierra Chart. - Start Sierra Chart and open your chartbook that contains the chart you modified. - Let us know if the change you made is there or if it reverted. - If it reverted, then get us an image of your Sierra Chart by selecting "Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Main Window to File".
