Please do the following for us:
- Select "Windows >> Message Log".
- On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Log".
- Close the Message Log window.
- Make a change to your chartbook, just one simple thing, like renaming a tab.
- Get us an image of your Sierra Chart by selecting "Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Main Window to File". The location of the file is in the Message Log.
- Select "File >> Save All".
- Get us the information from the Message Log by following these instructions:

- Exit from Sierra Chart.
- Start Sierra Chart and open your chartbook that contains the chart you modified.
- Let us know if the change you made is there or if it reverted.
- If it reverted, then get us an image of your Sierra Chart by selecting "Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Main Window to File".
