Rithmic connection with a new take proffit trader account just disconnects whenever i attempt to place a trade? ive included screenshots of the logs, really not sure what to do in this situation? Many thanks, Luke |

it seems to just disconnect, then reconnect when i attempt to place a trade, but it does not register the trade?

We see you are using a EUREX symbol. So apparently EUREX symbols are not supported and that is wrong for Rithmic to be disconnecting over this issue.
