Hello, My account is flagged as professional BUT, I am a non-professional, I've connected my IBKR account, I've provided the IBKR account number in the Exchange Agreement fields, I've certified as non-professional, I have never been licensed by any securities regulator or agency. Could you please flip me over to non-professional so that I may start using real time data? Thank you!

Thank you for completing the Market Data Agreements for the CME Group. You can activate the CME Group Non-Professional Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME *You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of November, so you are not paying a full exchange fee for just 5 days of Real-time Data. Then please re-connect to the Data Feed: File Menu: Connect to Data Feed (File) |
