Problem with receiving real time data

Hi there, Its been some time since I've used sierra charts, but did everything that was required to get my live data feed up and running but have had no luck the chart screen is blank but I am connected to CQG API with my proper credentials... I also read through the support messages to find a solution and that has not provided any help.
