On the RTH equities open this morning at 9:30am EST, the data for the ES, NQ and RTY did not load in correctly. I am using the denali data feed with CQG routing. Why did this happen? When I switch to SC Data all, all data loads in correctly. When I switch back to CQG webapi, my data is not loading in correctly. It was not just me, happened for multiple users. I have attached two pictures for your reference. One being the CQG web api data not loading in correctly, then the SC Data showing how it should have been loaded in.

We do not see any issue with the ES data apart from scaling differences between the charts.

We do see an odd gap with the NQ.

Have you followed these instructions to redownload the data for the CQG symbol?

Also, please get us your Message Log so we can see if there was something specific at that time. Follow these instructions:

I have closed my system down, last message in my log is at 13:27:23, so I will not show anything for the 9:30 open. What you will see in the pictures attached in previous message is as follows. I have a high/low for time period extended. It populates the high/low for the first 30 seconds and the opening print. The H/L are in black, and the opening print in orange. The correct data is as follows: ES: 6774.25 High, 6772.25 Low, 6773.25 opening print. NQ: 25091.75 high, 25074 low, 25079.75 opening print, this populated on the SC data correctly. On the CQG webapi it populated as follows off the open: ES: 6774 high, 6773.25 low, 6772.75 opening print. NQ: 25085 high, 25079.75 low, 25119.00 opening print. System froze on the open, then had to disconnect and reconnect for feed to come back, but did not have any of the right data. I have fixed it by deleting and redownloading that data now, but I was wondering why it happened and how to avoid this issue in the future?

We are fairly sure this related to an interruption with one of the Internet carriers at that time.

You just need to re-download the data which you have done.
