Sierra chart is not downloading delayed data

Hi, i have the sierra chart, the trial package which expires at 9/10. I tried opened the example chartbook and other chartbook and data were been downloaded fine. However, when a friend of mine shared his own charts, no data could be downloaded. He is using live data, so i translated the symbol to match the delayed data of sieraa chart and did a symbol roll over. However, there is still a blank screen and no data can be downloaded. Additionally, i tried delete=ing and re-doanloading the data but again with no luck. Could you pls help me identify and solve the problem? Let me know pls if you need the message log. Thank you |

Yes the trial is limited to certain symbols.
