Hello,

Was wondering how one would go about pre smoothing indicators such as stochastic, fisher etc via spreadsheet?

The Spreadsheet studies include the data for all other studies that are on a chart. Refer to the following:
Using the Spreadsheet Study: Order of Study Data Outputted to Spreadsheet

Therefore, you can manipulate the data as you want within the Spreadsheet Study and then display the particular column that has the final data from the Spreadsheet as you want.

Although an easier method would be to apply one of the Moving Average studies to the original study that you want to "smooth". Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Based On - Basing a Study on Another Study
