Hello, I am currently using Service Package 12 with the Denali Data Feed. I am subscribed to Eurex EOBI, and I also have access to CME data. According to your documentation, Package 12 should allow me to use Market By Order (MBO) data. However, in Chart Settings → Market Depth, the option “Use Market By Order Data” does not appear at all. I tried searching for it, but it is not available. Could you please: 2. Provide the exact steps I need to follow in Sierra Chart to activate and use Market By Order data for these exchanges. 3. Confirm if I need to update Sierra Chart to a specific version for this option to appear. |
