Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I have purchased Service Package 5, but I am unable to see the DOM for my orders. I want to study the NAS100 and SP500 instruments but do not intend to trade on them at this point. Could you kindly advise which Exchange Data Feed package I should select that will provide real-time data and be best suited for studying these two instruments? Additionally, I am confused about the difference between a professional and non-professional account. Could you please clarify which account type would be more appropriate for my needs? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Arslan Saqib |

If you are actually wanting data for the NAS100 and SPX500 CFDs, then that data is free with any package, so the package you are on is fine and you should be getting the real-time data. But, this data does not include the Market Depth data. Let us know if you are wanting to view something different. In order to get the Futures data from the CME Group, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages There are different prices for the data depending on whether you qualify as a Professional or a Non-Professional. A Professional is someone that trades other people's money. But, in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account - and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have a brokerage account that will qualify for the Non-Professional requirement from the CME Group, then you will need to pay the Professional fees for the data. There is no other option for the CME Group data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
