Hi, I've been using the ticker ESZ25_FUT_CME on charts to view the S&P500 Futures ES through the Denali exchange data feed. However given that I would like to trade SPX500 which shows a slightly different price, I have tried to load my charts using the ticker symbol $INX. For instance at the time of writing, ESZ25_FUT_CME is showing a price of 6748.75 whilst the S&P500 index price ($INX) is that of 6693.75 This a difference of 55 points Whilst I am able to see that my market profile TPO chart works fine however there does not seem to be any available data for the footprint charts and VWAP / Volume charts. I've noticed that no data is plotted on the charts, presumably this is due to the fact that there is no underlying DOM available data for ($INX). Is that the case ? Could you please let me know whether there is another ticker symbol I could use to see the actual S&P500 index price traded as SPX500 ? Do I need to access to another Exchange data feed ? |

The data we have for $INX is end of day data. So it only updates once a day at the end of the day. This is also Index data, so there is no volume/bid/ask information, which is why the Numbers Bars and VWAP will not work properly. You state that you are wanting to trade the SPX500, which would be the S&P500 Index CFD. We have CFD data available for free from FXCM. So you can open a chart for the symbol "SPX500" (no quotes) directly and get the current data. If you want to find this in the Find Symbol window, it is under the section for "CFD - FXCM". Thank you for your reply. I was able to successfully load up the charts with SPX500 CFD data. If I'm only interested in this CFD data and not the ES data, would SPX500 CFD data still work fine if I cancelled the following: Denali feed exchange paid plan 11 --> CBOT, For professionals - Netting ? Which I believe I'm being billed for another $2/month ? |

You do not have the "CBOT For Professionals - Netting" exchange. The exchange that you have active is the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" and it does cost $2.00 per month. You do not need that exchange if you do not need any of the data from the CME Group. You will continue to have access to the CFD data we have available without any CME Group exchanges active, or any other exchanges. The CFD data is free of charge with any package and comes from FXCM.
