block to letters vol profile

for some reason my GC vol profile has changed from letter to block.I did not change any setting and when i open settings I still see TPO letter sequence.All my other profiles are still in letters.I would like to know how to switch back to letters.I have tried searching but not successful. Thanks |

The control for whether you are viewing letters or blocks is the following: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Sub Period Price Display Style If this is set to Letters, then our best guess is that it is displaying letters, but your "Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks" is small, and also your view, such that the letters are appearing as blocks (i.e. you can not distinguish the letters). Try increasing the "Letter/Price Increment in Ticks" and play with the scale to see if they are actually letters or not. somehow it was changed in sub period to block. have used letters for years in GC so it is a mystery as to why it set itself to block,thanks never even noticed when i was going through settings
