The control for whether you are viewing letters or blocks is the following: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Sub Period Price Display Style If this is set to Letters, then our best guess is that it is displaying letters, but your "Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks" is small, and also your view, such that the letters are appearing as blocks (i.e. you can not distinguish the letters). Try increasing the "Letter/Price Increment in Ticks" and play with the scale to see if they are actually letters or not.
