I'm plotting charts for daily, 240 Min and 60 Min timeframe for different products, with a volume based roll back adjusted method. I started this process on friday (12th sept) or before that date, and it's been around 5 days today and I'm still not getting data for 6 of them (originally there were 10 products got data for 4), the screen still displays "downloading continous contract data", can you clarify if it is normal or there is something else as issue since It is taking so long. Products that I'm not getting a data for are S&P, cad/us, jpy/usd, silver, wheat, 30yr treasury

It depends on how much data you are requesting. It can take a long time for historical data to download for a continuous contract, since it has to get the data for each contract going back however far you have it specified. You really need to give the system time (and that could mean hours) to download all the data.
