TPO charts not working after upgrading to pkg 10

I upgraded to Service Package 10 on 2025-09-14. My Account Control Panel shows Package 10 is active through 2026, but Sierra Chart Help → About does not display a service package and TPO charts report "not supported on service package." There is no Update/Refresh Account Details button in Global Settings → Data/Trade Service Settings, and my Message Log does not display an input line for /updateaccountdetails. Please force-refresh my account authorization on the server side.

The TPO study only works with the Advanced packages. Package 10 is the "Integrated Standard" package, and does not include the ability to use the TPO study. If you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages and use the TPO study, then you need to be on the "Integrated Advanced" package (Package 11).
