[Programming Help] - Keep being disconnected from Sierra charts

Hello Support, I keep being disconnected from Sierra charts my Error is code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. The documentation online provides a limited explanation what exactly is the issue. Can i send the message log for analysis? Maybe there is a deeper issue. This has been happening since last week, before that I had no problems. |

I also de receive a message as a pop up window which says : Teton CME routing | Logon error received from server: Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server | Date- Time :2025-09-17 09:09:05 I am not sure what secondary instance means here. |

Actually I found out the whole UAE was affected by internet issues since last week due to Red Sea underwater cables being cut. So I may have to just wait until they fix the problem. I am not sure if anybody else reached out to you from UAE regarding this but this could be the reason for disconnections. The problems started exactly the same time as the cables were cut.
