Hello Freinds im trying to be as short and informative i can be

I got a Leeloo account (Rithmic | Leeloo Entry Level (LE) Aspire | 3ct, 25k | Trailing Drawdown (H1Q13) next bill 09/07/25 $27.52 recurring) and the made a sierra account (check) and downloaded sierra charts ( check) and now im at sierra chart / File / Data trade service settings// current selcted service (rithmic direct DTC ) //trading user name //trading password from leeloo and then OK.\

now i got my chart on Reconnect wait all the time. maybe im missing something? im also not able to renew my package from 10 to 11 besides i have the required 46 dollars/ euros in my account

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
