Hello.

Attached is a screenshot of an error message ONLY ON SECOND INSTANCE. I removed denali data feeds and had rithmic data working for a while upon checking "support for sierra chart data feeds" to no.

I received a payment error today by Teton (sierra chart) but not sure what it could be linked to because I use rithmic data not Denali. I still have my sierra chart package paid for so I'm wondering if the error is linked to that payment error in some way.

In the sub instance make sure this is set to No:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

In the sub instance disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values:
Global Symbol Settings: Disabling Custom Symbol Settings

In the sub instance follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
