Many years ago, I downloaded the platform and also found it complicated at first. I tried other platforms and ended up coming back here after reading a lot of reviews. I suggest going on Google and typing your question followed by "Sierra Chart Support Board" to help answer any questions you may have. Trust me (and others), just put in the work for like a week and you'll be good.

Since you had not used any of the time from the purchased package, we refunded that Usage Time back to your Services Surplus.

At this time, you have 8 days of Usage Time remaining. After July 28, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard.

After refunding the Usage Time, your Service Surplus balance was $62.00. We have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore a total of $57.00 has been refunded to your card.

Since we can only refund against actual transactions, you will see the refund in 3 parts: two for $26.00 each and one for $5.00.
