new to sierra....data feed?

Im sure this has been answered a million times, but this is quite a busy board. Im new to sierra. Just signed up for integrated advanced, signed the 92 agreements and purchased the CME data feed for non professionals for $6 a month. However, I cannot get connected. Every time I load NQU5 I et the message "no historical data client is set to download historical intraday data for NQU5. What am I missing??
