I've been trying to change the setting. for the Price Retracement tool and the changes aren't happening. This is occurring in both the global tool settings and on the chart. The line width is frozen at 1.

We are not seeing any issue with the ability to change the settings for the Price Retracement tool, specifically the width of the levels.

First, if you are wanting to make a change to an existing drawing, then you need to edit the properties for that drawing. Changing the values in a configuration will not update a drawing (although you can update a configuration and then apply that configuration to an existing drawing).

Next, to change the line widths, you need to be on the "Levels" tab and adjust each active levels width. The width is on the far right side of the window, so if you do not see it, you would need to expand your window width.

If you continue to have an issue then we need the exact workflow you are using and what is occurring.

I have tried modifying the drawing on the chart and in the Global Tools menu. I am providing a sample chart.

You have the setting for "All Levels Same Color Style" set to "Yes". This means that the levels will all display using the settings that are setup for the first level in the list (in this case the "Trend Line").

You can either change that "Trend Line" to be what you want and have all the other levels match it, or you can set the option for "All Levels Same Color Style" to be "No" and then adjust each level individually.

We happen to be working on the documentation for this item, so it is not yet listed, but should be there in a few days.
