We are not seeing any issue with the ability to change the settings for the Price Retracement tool, specifically the width of the levels. First, if you are wanting to make a change to an existing drawing, then you need to edit the properties for that drawing. Changing the values in a configuration will not update a drawing (although you can update a configuration and then apply that configuration to an existing drawing). Next, to change the line widths, you need to be on the "Levels" tab and adjust each active levels width. The width is on the far right side of the window, so if you do not see it, you would need to expand your window width. If you continue to have an issue then we need the exact workflow you are using and what is occurring.
