Question about Swiss Franc (6S) tick size

Per the CME website: https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/fx/g10/swiss-franc.contractSpecs.html It states that Swiss Franc(6S) tick size is 0.00005 CHF increment = $6.25 (5 digits after the decimal point). In SierraChart, the price scale is in increments of 0.0001 (4 digits after the decimal), with a tick size value specified in Symbol Settings of $12.5 I am not entirely sure that this is an "problem", but I am trying to understand why this is the case. I cannot seem find any explanation for this anywhere. It may be related to some "special half tick" situation, but I am not sure as I have never heard of this before. |

This article seems to suggest that the tick size was changed in 2022... https://www.cmegroup.com/notices/ser/2022/03/SER-8936.pdf But perhaps it was not updated in SierraChart? |

We see that this has been updated for some services, but not for Rithmic specifically. You will need to change these symbol settings on your system to reflect this.
