The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so they renew on the first day of each month. Since you did not have an active package on October 1, 2025, the exchange that you had active in September did not automatically renew. Our guess is that you are rolling over based on Volume. The April (J) contract is trading a much higher volume than the February (G) contract, so from a Volume perspective, you should be going to April. But you should not have an issue opening a chart for the G contract, although you will be notified that you should rollover due to Volume (if you are setup for this).
