I paid my monthly subs for package 11I am not receiving any charts and no activity at all on the price ladder, the only chart I can see is a daily or weekly chart nothing.
The message log says I do not has the required privilege.
I have sent the message log for analyses

You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you are not setup to get any real-time data from us.

Our servers show that you are connecting to CQG for your trading service. Sierra Chart does not have support for The CME Group and EUREX data with CQG. Therefore, for these exchanges, you must get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

For the CME Group, follow the instructions at the following link:

Keep in mind that due to the U.S. 4th of July holiday, some of the products for the CME Group have stopped trading for today at 12:15:00 Central US Time. They will open again this evening and then stop again at 12:00:00 tomorrow (July 4, 2025). Therefore, as of this writing, you would not be getting any data.
