Still not working, price is moving but bars are a few minutes delayed, what am I missing?

Everything on your account is good, so there is no reason for there to be an issue at this time. Why do you state that the bars are delayed? What are you seeing exactly that indicates this? the chart says delayed in title. When I place crosshairs on last bar the time is a few minutes behind clock time.
