so it is a topstep account..i pay for teton and also have a rithmic topstep acct..teton is working fine....but the topstep feed is not..in additiopn i am being told that my teton needs to be renewed by 7/4..so I am not understanding at all

You do not have any exchanges currently active with us as they did not renew on July 1, 2025. So you are not getting any real-time data from us, which means that when you are connected to Teton, you are only getting the Delayed Streaming Data. And when you are connected to Rithmic, you are trying to get the data from Rithic. On June 17, 2025, the automatic billing received a "Payment Declined" notice. When that occurs, we turn off the automatic payments so the system does not continue to try and charge the card. This is why the payment that was necessary for the exchange renewal on July 1, 2025, was not done.
