Can text not duplicate in other charts

I use drawings on my chart that are duplicated on other charts. I want to add text to the source chart but I don't want the text duplicated on other charts (although I still want to duplicate the non-text drawings). Is there a way to exclude text from "duplicate chart drawings"?
