I am receiving the error: "The chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with converting it." Also, I am using the latest version of Sierra Chart (2767 64-bit). Please help me convert or recover the attached chartbook files. I tried to find answers from the community and did some research, but unfortunately, I think the support team can help me better solve the issue.

If these are old chartbooks that have not been used in a long time, then follow these instructions to try and recover them: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks If these are recent chartbooks that are not working all of a sudden, then this would mean that they are corrupted for some reason. In this case, you would need to recover the chartbooks from the backups that we make. Refer to the following: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File If the chartbooks are corrupted, then the one thing we recommend checking is that you have enough space on your disk where Sierra Chart is installed. A corruption could have occurred due to not enough space on disk, so the file was not fully written out properly.
