Hello, I use multiple Market Stat graphs for my trading (NYSE TICK, ES TICK, NQ TICK...) During live trading, the chart update interval works correctly. I set it at 100ms. But when I do a market replay, the chart update interval drops to about 1000ms for some reason I don't understand. In the Chart Display Settings, the Replay Update Interval In Milliseconds (0=Use Chart Update Interval) is set to 0. My instances settings are exactly the same regarding the Timer Management settings (I disabled it). I did some test in a blank chartbook with a single Market Stat chart open and got the same problem. Even stranger, I did the same test in my second and third instance, and got different results : 1st instance : Chart update interval is set to 100ms and I get a refresh rate of about 1000ms. 2nd instance : Chart update interval is set to 100ms and I get a faster refresh rate of about 200ms. 3rd instance : Chart update interval is set to 100ms and I get a refresh rate of about 1000ms. This problem is not happening with Future Symbols like ES, NQ.... Only with Market Stat symbols. Can you help me resolve this issue ? Best regards, Sébastien |

Some information here - Sierra Chart Market Statistics: Introduction Maybe data in 2nd instance is downloaded live and therefore has more data (250ms vs. 1000ms) than historical data download is instance 1 & 3? |

Hello User431178, Thank you for your help. The documentation you provided answered my question. Yes, You're spot on. My 2nd instance is the instance that contains the Market Stat Charts so it received the live data during yesterday session (I used this session to do the market replay). So this instance received the live feed which is 250ms, but during my tests, the 2 others instances downloaded historical data which have a 1000ms update interval. |
