missing SPY-data from 20:00 to 4:00 in Sierrachart

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, after I could not use my paid real time data from IB (what was a big disappointment, because on your home page you say, it is compatible con IB's data and trade service!), I bought Denali Data feed with US Equities Consolidated Tape. I trade only SPY at the moment. This works fine during normal trading hours, but I like to see what is going on after market close, until next market open. So I activated the Evening Session from 16:00:00 til 09:29:69. This looks fine in the first moment, but finally I found out that in the time from 20:00 to 4:00 are no data coming. I tried now several days to find out, what the reason/ solution for this problem is, but with no success! Can you give me an idea, what I'm missing / doing wrong? Or do I have the wrong data feed? I realized also, that the TPO Profile Study is not working with this data feed. So what data feed do I really need? At the moment I still use TOS for my charting, because of too many problems with Sierra Chart. But I don't know, from where this problems are coming, as I use SC con Wine under Linux. The reason there is no data from 20:00 to 04:00 is that there is no trading on the exchange during those times. Any data you would get from another source is not trading actually done on the exchange but would be off-exchange trades. We do not capture any of that trading, and we can not speak to how Interactive Brokers does it, if you do see data from them during those times. Refer to the following (in the section for "Trading Hours for the NASDAQ Stock Market"): https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stock-market-holiday-schedule There is no reason for you to have had issues with the data from Interactive Brokers. We can help you with this if you like. Let us know what was occurring. As to the TPO profiles, that is related to the package you are on. You are on a "Standard" package, which does not include the ability to use the TPO profile study. To do this, you need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages.
