The reason there is no data from 20:00 to 04:00 is that there is no trading on the exchange during those times. Any data you would get from another source is not trading actually done on the exchange but would be off-exchange trades. We do not capture any of that trading, and we can not speak to how Interactive Brokers does it, if you do see data from them during those times. We can help you with this if you like. Let us know what was occurring. As to the TPO profiles, that is related to the package you are on. You are on a "Standard" package, which does not include the ability to use the TPO profile study. To do this, you need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages.
