Problem: data are missing for certain period of time [from Thu 12-Jun-2025 14:00 EST to Friday 13-Jun-2025 09.30 (approx]) NOTE: In the Data / Trade service settings, "Allow support for Sierra Chart Datafeed" is ON I've tried to use Edit --> Edit / Download Data - Intraday Chart, then "Go to Date-Time", then "Delete & Download Data from the current position to the end" Sierra happily wipes out everything after Thu 12-Jun-2025 14:00 EST, but only downloads the data since Friday 13-Jun-2025 09.30 EST [approximately], so the missing piece of the information is still there. Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings) Data/Trade Service Settings: 1-Tick Data (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download) Check this info, you have it set to 4 days, 12th is more than 4 days (including today). If you are wanting to get rid of all the data prior to 4 days ago, then use "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
