No realtime data in SierraChart

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I have SC pack 10 with the "US Equities Consolidated Tape" data feed paid ( I trade only the SPY) and have SC connected to my IB account via TWS. I have real-time data in the TWS (paid in IB), but I can not get the real-time data in SC (not from IB and not from "US Equities Consolidated Tape". I have Denali feed activated and several times reconnected. I have been waiting 2 days for processing of payment, but still no real-time data. What do I miss? Thanks and best regards Juergen |

You do NOT have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, any data you would be getting would be from Interactive Brokers. Our guess is that you do not have the symbol entered properly to get the data from IB. What is the symbol you are entering? If you want to get the data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange, then you will need to activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedSTOCKS#Exchanges After you activate the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange, then you will need to enter the main symbol for the chart as the standard ticker symbol (so SPY in this case). Then you need to enter the IB symbol in the "Trade And Current Quote Symbol" field. You will also want to set the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" to "Yes".
